Mummy signed me up for the Introduction to Archery class organized by ACSJ. It was held at Orchid Country Club at their Out Door Range. There were about 60 students who signed up for this class held over 2 sessions today.The weather was was cool in the morning and thank goodness it was held under shelter. The instructor was quite funny as he explained to us how to use the bow and arrows. Daddy and I each got our turns to shoot the arrows at the targets which was about 25 meters away. I didn't do very well as the bow was quite heavy even though it was the kid's version. Daddy did better maybe because he had done it before some time ago.
Besides the normal target, we also got to shoot at animals like bear, goat, fox, lynx and cougar. It managed to hit the fox.
