Zachary's Birthday Party

Zachy celebrates his 7th birthday today and we were invited to his party. After my tennis session with coach Roy in the morning, we decided to head to Chinese Swimming Club for something to munch since we were early. We thought we will grab a drink and then head to the bowling alley at about 12pm. When we got to the blowing alley, we realize there was already a party there and it wasn't Zachy's. Only then did Mummy realized that she just assumed it was Chinese Swimming Club since they live very nearby and it was actually held at Singapore Swimming Club. Silly Mummy.

We rushed down to Tanjong Rhu and was just in time to join the rest of the boys for the bowling game.  Andrea was the only girl there and she joined in the game and we all had a lot of fun. I actually did pretty well and came up top in the first game. Some of the mothers even thought I had formal lessons.

When it was time for the cake cutting, we were told we had to wait a little while more as the kitchen had forgotten their order and had to rush one out for Zachy. Thank goodness they had something in the kitchen and we managed to sing him a nice birthday song over his cake. We had to leave slightly earlier, much to my disapproval, for my drawing class at NAFA.
